Cancellation, No-Show and Late Rescheduling Policy: Each appointment reserves dedicated time, staff, and resources exclusively for you. To respect both your time and that of other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice (including a 10-minute grace period) will result in a $50 + HST fee, charged to the card on file or invoiced via email. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, late changes prevent us from offering the appointment to others and disrupt clinic operations. For this reason, the policy is strictly enforced without exceptions. Repeated missed appointments may result in loss of booking privileges.
Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required to secure your appointment; this will not be charged unless in the case of a no-show, late cancellation (less than 24 hours, via Janeapp) or late rescheduling as per our policies (see below).

Botox (cosmetic)
For cosmetic appointments using Botox, Dysport or Xeomin brand neurotoxin injections.
Botox (medical)
Therapeutic use of neurotoxin for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and masseter (jaw muscle) treatments (TMJ, jaw clenching, teeth grinding). Please book the injector fee appointment option if you have a Botox prescription and have obtained it from your pharmacy. Please note, we do not directly bill insurance companies.
Facial Balancing: Botox + Filler
Please book from this appointment category if you would like a combination of fillers and neurotoxin during the same appointment time. This includes lip flip + lip filler, and any other appointment requiring both neurotoxin and filler in the same appointment slot.
Filler
Areas that can be treated include: lips chin, cheeks, jawline, temples, lines around the mouth, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, temples, and more! Pricing starts at $599.99 + tax, except for lips (1/2 syringe possible, $309.99 + HST).
Filler Reversal
Hyaluronidase is an injectable enzyme that can be used off-label to dissolve hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. This may be done to help with filler misplacement, migration, lumps, bumps, unsatisfactory results.
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are injectables that combines low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate the skin, improving skin texture and creating a smoother, more radiant appearance. Areas that can be treated include the face, under eyes, neck, décolleté and hands. Pricing starts at $399.99 + tax/syringe. A series of 3 treatments is highly recommended for optimal results.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
A sample of blood is drawn from your arm and placed in a centrifuge to separate the blood components. The platelet rich plasma (PRP) is extracted and injected in the skin. This is a natural treatment using your body's growth factors for skin rejuvenation, improved skin texture, tone, and a reduction in fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. It can also diminish hyperpigmentation and under-eye bags while enhancing overall radiance.
Medical-Grade Microneedling
Microneedling is used to stimulate the body's natural healing response to improve: skin tone, texture, scarring, pore size, stretch marks, skin laxity, fine lines, wrinkles, crepey skin, hyperpigmentation, and more! Areas that can be treated: face, neck, décolleté, hands, scars, stretch marks, etc.
