Cancellation, No-Show and Late Rescheduling Policy: Each appointment reserves dedicated time, staff, and resources exclusively for you. To respect both your time and that of other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice (including a 10-minute grace period) will result in a $50 + HST fee, charged to the card on file or invoiced via email. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, late changes prevent us from offering the appointment to others and disrupt clinic operations. For this reason, the policy is strictly enforced without exceptions. Repeated missed appointments may result in loss of booking privileges.

Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required to secure your appointment; this will not be charged unless in the case of a no-show, late cancellation (less than 24 hours, via Janeapp) or late rescheduling as per our policies (see below).
